Job Summary:

Citycon Norway AS is looking for a sales-oriented, commercial, and proactive Senior Leasing Manager who will help further develop some of Norway’s most visited and exciting shopping centers. This role is key in ensuring the right tenant mix, driving profitability, and contributing to value creation in our centers – both locally and nationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute leasing activities in accordance with the portfolio strategy.
• Identify, attract, and negotiate with new tenants within both retail and office segments.
• Build and develop strong relationships with existing and potential tenants, industry players, and external partners.
• Prepare lease agreements in line with Citycon’s guidelines and commercial objectives.
• Continuously monitor key figures and portfolio performance.
• Participate in leasing for new developments, transformation projects, and major initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify trends, new concepts, and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and planning of leasing activities.
• Collaborate closely with property teams, operations, development, and marketing to ensure integrated solutions and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven results from a similar role as broker, leasing manager, or other commercial position within commercial real estate.
• 5–6 years of experience in leasing retail, office, or other commercial properties.
• Ability to think holistically, creatively, and strategically to find optimal solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Experienced and confident in using analytical tools and IT systems, especially Excel and other MS Office tools, Salesforce, etc.
• Relevant higher education, minimum bachelor’s degree – experience may compensate.
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
