Job Summary:
Citycon Denmark is looking for a sales-oriented, commercial, and proactive Leasing Manager who will help further develop some of Denmarks most visited and exciting shopping centers. This role is key in ensuring the right tenant mix, driving profitability, and contributing to value creation in our centers – both locally and nationally.

We are now looking for a Leasing Manager to strengthen our commercial leasing operations in Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for driving leasing performance across Citycon’s Danish portfolio, ensuring an optimal tenant mix and long-term value creation.
The role involves close collaboration with the local Center Manager to ensure alignment between leasing strategy, tenant mix and the overall commercial direction of the center.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and retailers, playing a key role in developing our centres as attractive urban destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with Citycon’s business objectives
Proactively identify, attract and negotiate with new tenants
Manage lease negotiations, renewals and renegotiations
Optimize tenant mix based on market trends, customer insights and centre positioning
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, agents and partners
Collaborate with asset management, marketing and development teams
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and retail performance
Your Profile
Proven experience in commercial leasing, retail real estate or a similar role
Strong negotiation skills and a solid commercial mindset
Good understanding of the Danish retail market
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, international environment
Excellent communication skills in English & Danish
Results-driven, proactive and relationship-oriented
