Legal Counsel

We are seeking a proactive and business-focused Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel who wants to work broadly with real estate law and commercial law in a business‑oriented environment. In this role, you will provide legal support in operative and compliance matters primarily to Finnish and Estonian country organisation, with focus on real estate management and development, leasing, property transactions, and other corporate matters.

As a Legal Counsel, you will
· Provide legal support to the leasing and property management teams in Finland and Estonia.
· Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a strong focus on lease agreements.
· Identify, and mitigate legal risks, offering effective, practical and business-focused solutions.
· Conduct internal training sessions and develop contract templates and legal processes.
· Manage and coordinate external legal advisors when needed.
· Act as a trusted, business‑oriented advisor to managers and other key stakeholders across the organisation.
What are we looking for
· Finnish Master of Laws degree
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience from law firm or in-house position is an advantage, preferably with expertise in real estate, leasing, corporate and commercial law. We encourage to apply even with less experience, your motivation and potential matter to us.
· Strong experience in transactions and commercial real estate law, enabling you to provide proactive legal advice and independently manage legal risks and negotiations.
· Experience in real estate transactions and property development is considered an advantage.
· A self‑driven, solution‑oriented, and commercially minded working style, with the ability to take ownership and drive matters to conclusion.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Fluency in Finnish and English, Estonian considered as an advantage but not a requirement.
