We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Financial Controller to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in group reporting and internal controls, financial administration, and controlling processes within an international organization.
In this role, you will oversee Citycon Group's iSOX audit process and support the Group Accounting team with administrative tasks, reporting, and data preparation. You will work closely with senior controllers and finance colleagues across the organization while developing your skills in financial analysis, consolidation, and reporting.

As a Junior Financial Controller, you will
Facilitate iSOX Audit Process
• Oversee the full annual iSOX audit process, including audit preparation, testing rounds, and year-end verification.
• Coordinate control walkthroughs and meetings with external auditors.
• Ensure timely delivery of iSOX audit materials and follow up on findings, remediation actions, and documentation.
Provide general administrative and reporting support to the Group Accounting team
• Support the group reporting and consolidation process.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain and update financial data, templates, and reporting files.
• Perform basic financial analysis and data checks.
• Support budget and forecast preparation processes.
• Assist with data collection from business units.
• Participate in improvement of reporting tools and processes.
What are we looking for
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
· Strong interest in financial reporting and controlling.
· Good Excel skills: experience with reporting or ERP systems is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work with large datasets and financial information.
· Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
· Fluency in English.
