Citycon is looking for ambitious Junior Leasing Manager to join our Finland & Estonia Leasing team in a permanent position. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing activities at IsoKristiina centre in Lappeenranta, identifying and developing new leasing opportunities, building relationships with prospective and existing tenants, and supporting the centre's commercial success through lease negotiations, tenant mix development, and occupancy growth.

Employment Period: Starting flexibly in November or December 2026

Location: On-site at Citycon’s office in IsoKristiina, Lappeenranta

As a Junior Leasing Manager, IsoKristiina, you will be responsible for

• Implementing the leasing plan and securing the achievement of occupancy and rental income targets.

• Identifying, researching, and approaching potential tenants, including local and national brands.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants.

• Negotiate lease agreements and prepare related documentation in accordance with company guidelines.

• Managing lease renewals and supporting the leasing process for vacant premises.

What are we looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or another relevant field. Experience in leasing or commercial real estate is considered an advantage.

• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Taking ownership, entrepreneurial orientation, running the extra mile -attitude.

• Sales-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Eagerness to learn and develop within leasing and commercial real estate.

• Fluency in Finnish and English.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant commercial field.
