Citycon is looking for Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Manager, Koskikeskus, to join our Finland & Estonia Leasing team in a permanent position. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of one of Finland’s leading shopping centres by driving leasing activities, building strong tenant partnerships, and contributing to the development of the asset.

Employment Period: Flexible start date, ideally in November or December 2026
Location: On-site at Citycon’s office in Koskikeskus, Tampere
As a Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Manager, Koskikeskus, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success and development of the shopping centre. Your responsibilities include:
Overseeing the full leasing cycle for retail spaces in Koskikeskus, from initial concept to finalized agreements
Driving leasing activities and contributing to the development of the shopping centre
Identifying, researching, and mapping potential tenants, including local and national brands
Organizing and conducting property tours for prospective tenants
Fostering strong tenant relationships
Collaborating actively with brokers and maintainting strategic partnerships
Preparing and delivering promotional materials showcasing the property portfolio
Supporting centre leadership in strategic planning and budgeting processes
Participating in development initiatives and help shape the tenant mix strategy
What are we looking for
Several years of relevant experience in leasing or establishment within the real estate industry
Experience in retail and/or commercial properties
Solid knowledge of tenancy law
Experience in drafting and negotiating lease agreements
A proactive, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in Finnish and English
A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in a suitable commercial field
