Citycon is looking for a talented M&A Analyst to join our growing M&A team in a permanent position based at Citycon's headquarters in Espoo. In this role, you will contribute to strategic transactions and investment initiatives across Citycon's Nordic portfolio, helping drive growth and long-term value creation.

You will support strategic decision-making across the organization through financial modelling, valuation, market analysis, and transaction support. Working closely with experienced colleagues and stakeholders, you will contribute to acquisitions, divestments, and other strategic initiatives while gaining broad exposure to real estate investments and corporate development projects.

Location: On-site at Citycon’s HQ in Iso Omena, Espoo

As a M&A Analyst, you will

• Perform financial, statistical, and scenario analyses for ongoing transaction and investment projects.

• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases to support strategic decision-making.

• Conduct company, market, industry, and asset-level research and analysis to evaluate business and investment opportunities.

• Prepare presentations, information materials, investment memorandums, and transaction documentation.

• Support transaction execution through financial analysis, due diligence activities, and preparation of transaction-related materials.

• Assist the M&A team in acquisitions, divestments, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives from evaluation through execution.

• Gather, analyse, and organise information from internal stakeholders, external advisors, and business partners throughout transaction processes.

• Contribute to corporate development projects, portfolio reviews, and other strategic initiatives across the organization.

What are we looking for

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in investments, transactions, valuation, corporate finance, or advisory within the real estate industry.

• Strong financial analysis, valuation, and financial modelling skills.

• Understanding of real estate investment analysis, valuation methodologies, and transaction processes.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish is considered an advantage.
